Group Meal Service
Cooking for a crowd takes order: a fixed time, a changing menu, the right portion.
Group meal service means feeding many people at the same time, regularly. It covers the daily meals of factories, construction sites, schools, dormitories, hospitals and associations.
Consistency matters most: the food must be at the door at the same time every day, the menu must not get boring, and portions must be measured yet filling. We build that order with a monthly list, a fixed delivery time and a single contact.
Who is it for?
Factories
Hot, filling meals planned around shifts.
Construction sites
Packaged or container service suited to site conditions.
Schools and dormitories
Balanced menus suited to children and young people.
Associations and institutions
Event days and regular meal needs.
Meal options
The meal structure follows the organisation’s routine.
Four-course lunch: soup, main course, side dish, salad or dessert.
Three-course staff meal: main course, rice or pasta, salad.
Breakfast and suhoor packages; light meals for the night shift.
Boxed meals for trips, events and field teams.
Delivery and service
Dishes are cooked for the service time, never cooked ahead and kept waiting. Hot food travels in heat-retaining containers, cold items in the cold chain. In packaged service every package is single-serving with cutlery and bread included.
Headcount is confirmed a day ahead; increases and decreases are accommodated as far as possible on the day.
Quote and service process
We first clarify the need: headcount, number of meals, delivery times, presentation and budget range. Dietary preferences and allergen requests are recorded separately.
Then we send a written quote stating the menu, scope, price, delivery and service arrangement, and the change and cancellation terms. After approval the ingredients are planned and the dishes are cooked for the service time.
Menu planning
Menus rest on familiar home-kitchen recipes: soups, meat and vegetable mains, rice and pasta, olive-oil dishes, salads and syrup desserts. For regular service the menu changes daily and the monthly list is shared in advance.
We plan the menu together; adding, removing or swapping dishes is discussed at the quote stage.
Hygiene and food safety
Preparation, cooking, packaging and transport follow food hygiene rules. Hot dishes travel hot and cold items travel in the cold chain, in closed heat-retaining containers.
Every menu lists its allergens. Vegetarian, vegan or allergen-free portions are prepared separately and labelled.
