Bagu Catering is a catering company that pairs the warmth of home cooking with an attentive table service. We set the table for special days such as mevlid, iftar, weddings, engagements, circumcision celebrations, funerals and baby mevlids, and we provide regular group meals for offices, construction sites, schools and associations.
“Like my mom made it…” is more than a slogan for us. It says the food was not only cooked but thought of for someone. When we choose ingredients, set portions and close the package, we always have the person who will sit at that table in mind.
What we ask of you is simple: share the number of guests, the date and your preferences. We plan the rest together; the quote is clear, the delivery time is fixed, and the table is ready on time.
How we work
We talk through every step from quote to table in advance. That way you know what you will get, when you will get it and what you will pay from the start.
- 01
First contact and needs
You reach us by phone, WhatsApp or the form on this site. Together we clarify the type of event, headcount, date, venue and budget range. Dietary preferences and allergen requests are noted separately.
- 02
Quote
We send you a written quote. It states the menu, scope, headcount, price, delivery time, presentation and serving equipment, and the change and cancellation terms.
- 03
Preparation
After approval we plan the ingredients. Dishes are cooked on the day of the event for the service time; nothing is cooked ahead and kept waiting.
- 04
Delivery and service
Dishes are delivered hot in closed containers at the agreed time. Package contents are matched with the order one by one. Table set-up and waiter service are available on request.
- 05
Afterwards
After the event we would like to hear from you. Your feedback helps us set the next table better.
Frequently asked questions
- What do I need to share to get a quote?
- The type of event, date, number of guests, venue and, if you have one, a budget range. Add dietary preferences and allergen requests and we will plan the menu accordingly.
- What is your minimum order?
- It depends on the type of event. Some menus state a minimum headcount; for the others, get in touch and we will find a suitable solution together.
- Are the dishes delivered hot?
- Yes. Hot dishes are cooked for the agreed service time and delivered in closed, heat-retaining containers. Cold bites travel in the cold chain.
- How are mevlid meals packaged?
- In single-serving, lidded packages. Cutlery, napkin and bread are included, so distribution is easy.
- Do you provide serving equipment and waiters?
- For large events we can provide serving equipment, table set-up and waiter service. The scope is stated clearly in the quote.
- Can I change the menu?
- Yes. The menus are examples; you can swap, add or remove dishes. Change terms are stated in the quote.
- Do you have vegetarian, vegan or allergen-free options?
- Yes. Tell us at the quote stage and we will prepare separate portions for those guests and label the packages.
- How far in advance should I order?
- As early as possible for weddings and large events; for urgent needs such as funerals, call us and we will do our best for same-day delivery.
- Do you provide regular meals for offices?
- Yes. We offer daily or contracted group meal service. The menu changes daily and the delivery time is fixed.
- Why are there no prices on the site?
- Price depends on headcount, menu content, presentation and delivery location. That is why we prepare a separate, clear quote for every event.
